Hatha Yoga
You’re invited to experience yoga for vibrant health & wellness. Join Darlene Nadeau for one-hour Zoom yoga classes. Classes are held on Tuesdays 5 - 6 pm and Saturday 8:30 – 9:30 am ET. These are gentle, rejuvenating sessions that reduce stress, enhance wellbeing, increase energy and more.
Suitable for beginners or those more experienced with yoga. Especially designed for age 50+

Opening Lines
An experimental Zoom play group for adults! Come have fun with "opening lines" of books via (loose) adaptations of Jeopardy, 20 Questions, Author Author, and more! If you've never paid much attention to the first line of the book you are reading, you will now. All you need is a pencil, paper and a Zoom connection.
