Date with Death Club:
A Multi-Session Curriculum to Explore Mortality in Community
Perhaps you are one of the many humans seeking to explore mortality in community and to do so with less fear and more curiosity; with less euphemism and more reality; with less conformity and more creativity. If so, welcome! So glad you found the Date with Death Club!

Date with Death Club is a secular/non-dogmatic exploration of mortality in community, including philosophical, spiritual and informational content, with a balance of humor and earnest regard for the topic of mortality. This program provides a safe[r] and brave[r] space to explore the often-taboo topic of our mortality. This program aspires to cultivate the possibility of living a more awake life by facing the reality of our death. When taken as a whole, sessions provide concrete information and the chance to deepen self- awareness and strengthen emotional resilience.

Each session stands on its own, supporting drop-in participation; all sessions complement each other, supporting the cultivation of connection and community among participants. More frequent attendance will provide benefits of deepening interpersonal connection and personal understanding. You are welcome to attend sessions that you’ve participated in the past, much that these sessions offer are worth a second look.
